Marketing Executive (Field Sales)
Responsibilities:-
- This role will work collaboratively with team member to create and deliver digital marketing related campaign, planning and execution of our company and clients, will reporting to Marketing Manager
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Participate on behalf of the company in any meeting, event, exhibitions or conferences, negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or any objections
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and willing to work in team
- Willing to work on long hours if required
- Pleasant personality and appearance
- Strategic thinker and strong project management skills
- Willing to work in Subang/USJ/PJ
- Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday), 8.30am – 1.00pm (Saturday)
- Must possess own transport
- Remuneration: BASIC + COMMISSION
Operation Executives
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible in managing and planning site operational work.
- Provide reports to Operation Manager and Management.
- Regular communication and updates to Operation Manager and Management.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in a correct, cost effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
- Involves in sales and marketing of harvested fruits.
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs frequently.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience required.
- Required to travel on regular basis and upon ad hoc request.
- Have knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Optional - Knowledge in plantation will be beneficial.
General Office Admin
Responsibilities:-
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Select and/or source materials.
- Write reports.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
